Made from a blend of smoked Cod, potato, bacon & brie wrapped in golden breadcrumbs.

Ingredients:

Smoked Cod (23%) (Cod [FISH], Salt, Curcumin), Potato, Breadcrumb Coating (Water, WHEAT Flour [WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine], Salt, Yeast), Bacon (9%) (contains Pork, Water, Salt, Preservative E250, Antioxidant E301), Brie Cheese (MILK) (9%), Rapeseed Oil, Chives, Lemon Juice, Onion Powder, Dijon MUSTARD, Black Pepper, Salt.

Cooking From Frozen:

Oven bake from frozen: Place on as pre-heated baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 200°C / Gas Mark 7 for 25 – 30 minutes. 

Deep fry from Frozen: Fry for 9 minutes in preheated oil at 180ºC.

Air fry from Frozen: Place in the fryer preheated to 180ºC & cook for 18 – 20 minutes.

​This is a raw product and must be cooked thoroughly.

​Cooking times may vary according to oven/fryer type, ensure food is piping hot & the fish is cooked thoroughly before serving.

Storage From Frozen:

Keep frozen at -18ºC and consume within 3 months of purchase. Do not refreeze this product once defrosted.
